What we collect
Information you send us. We only collect what you type into a form. Depending on the form, that may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, street address, website, social media handles, business hours, year established, services offered, a business description, and details of a problem you're reporting.
You choose whether to submit any of it. Nothing on this site requires an account, and we don't have logins.
Information collected automatically. This site is hosted on Netlify. Netlify's servers record standard request information, including IP addresses, as part of delivering the site and processing form submissions. We don't control that logging and don't use it for tracking.
What we don't collect. No analytics. No advertising trackers. No pixels. No behavioral profiling. We don't know who you are or what you looked at. If you never submit a form, we have no information about you beyond Netlify's server logs.
Third parties your browser contacts
Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions. Anything you submit is stored in our Netlify account and emailed to us.
Google Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google's font servers. That means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. This happens whether or not you submit anything.
Stripe. If and when paid listings are available and you buy one, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe, never to us. We never see or store a card number.
Groomers' own websites. Links to businesses lead off this site. What happens there is governed by their policies, not ours.
Why we use it
- To reply to you
- To add, correct, or remove a listing
- To follow up if a correction needs clarification
- To send marketing email only if you ticked the box asking for it
That's all. We don't do anything else with it.
Marketing email
Some forms include an optional checkbox to receive marketing tips and information about paid listings. It's off unless you tick it. If you tick it and change your mind, email us and we'll stop. We won't add you to anything you didn't ask for.
We don't sell your information
We have never sold or shared personal information for money or for advertising, and we don't intend to. There's no data broker relationship here and no advertising network on this site.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay in our Netlify account and our email. If you want yours deleted, email us and we'll delete it.

- Stop receiving marketing email
We'll respond within 30 days. You don't need a reason.
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. This is a very small operation and may fall outside that law's scope, but we'll honour those requests regardless — it costs us nothing to do the right thing here.
Business listings are not personal information
Listings on this site are compiled from publicly available business information — business names, business addresses, business phone numbers, business hours. That's commercial information about a business, published because the business published it. If you own a listed business and want the listing gone, see the Terms, or just email us. It comes down within 48 hours.
Children
This site is about dog grooming. It isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes. Material changes will be noted on this page.
